Maillardville Rexall has kindly offered to put on a FREE Flu Shot Clinic to all those who are eligible for this shot.
The eligibility list will be posted by the sign-up sheets on our bulletin board near the washroom hallway.
The Technician advises that she will also administer Flu shots to any person(s) who do not meet the free eligibility criteria, however
there will be a $20.00 charge for this. This is available for the Public as well as Legion Members.
This Clinic will be held on Friday, November 13th from 1:00 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. in our Legion Hall.
There will be consent forms available at the Bar. PLEASE obtain one and complete it prior to your attendance at the Clinic.
This will assist the Technician in speeding up the process in the Legion Hall.
